1. Using Snagged
By using Snagged, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure.
2. What Snagged provides
Snagged is a job-discovery and application-assistance service. Features may include job matching, application preparation, generated answer suggestions, application tracking, and browser-based form autofill. Features may change as the product develops.
3. You are responsible for your applications
Snagged may make mistakes. Job data can become outdated, employers can change application forms, and generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review the application, answers, attachments, and eligibility information before submitting anything to an employer.
Snagged does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, application acceptance, or that a third-party job posting remains available.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Snagged to:
- provide false or intentionally misleading application information;
- impersonate another person or access another user's account;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or misuse the service;
- circumvent subscription, access, security, or usage restrictions; or
- use Snagged in a way that violates applicable law or a third-party site's rules.
5. Third-party services and job sites
Snagged interacts with third-party job boards, employers, applicant tracking systems, AI providers, and other services. Snagged does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, hiring decisions, privacy practices, or terms.
6. Browser extension
The Snagged Autofill extension is intended to fill supported application forms using information associated with your Snagged application and profile. You are responsible for reviewing every field it fills. The extension may not work on every form or every version of a supported applicant-tracking system.
7. Paid features
Snagged may offer paid plans. Prices, billing frequency, included usage, cancellation terms, and any trial or refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Paid features are not active until the applicable checkout and subscription flow is offered in the product.
8. Intellectual property
Snagged's software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by Snagged or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the service. You retain ownership of the information and files you provide.
9. Availability and changes
Snagged is an evolving service and may experience interruptions, bugs, or feature changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, compliance, or product changes.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Snagged is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or successful in obtaining employment. To the extent permitted by law, Snagged is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
